Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 June 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

My Haven Holiday Tracker (the "Service") is operated by Accountable Marketing Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Accountable Marketing Ltd. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Haven Holidays or Bourne Leisure Ltd.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, listing a caravan, or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your country) and, if acting on behalf of a business, have authority to bind that business.

3. The Service

The Service lets holidaymakers track and review their stays, and lets caravan owners list their caravans for hire. Free features are provided "as is". Paid features (such as a paid caravan listing) are described at the point of purchase.

4. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading (including fake reviews or fake listings).
  • Send spam, harass other users, or post abusive, defamatory, hateful or sexually explicit content.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — no malware, probing, scraping, automated access, or bypassing access controls.
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service, or reverse engineer it, except where permitted by law.

6. Caravan listings and reviews

If you list a caravan you confirm you have the right to advertise it and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for the bookings, contracts and stays you arrange directly with holidaymakers — we are not a party to those bookings. Reviews must be honest and based on a genuine stay. We may remove listings or reviews that breach these Terms.

7. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Refund Policy cover the commercial mechanics of your purchase: payment, billing, applicable taxes, invoicing, cancellations and refunds.

Caravan listing fee. A paid caravan listing costs £10 for the first year as an introductory price, and then renews automatically at £79.99 per year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or via Paddle (paddle.net); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and your listing remains live until then. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes that Paddle is required to collect.

8. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for details. Refunds are processed by Paddle.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and content we provide, is owned by Accountable Marketing Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content you upload (photos, reviews, listings) remains yours; you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and process that content solely so we can provide the Service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or remove your content, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Service availability and warranties

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular listing will produce bookings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or anticipated savings. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Accountable Marketing Ltd harmless from claims, damages and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
